Create Magic is a boutique consulting firm that was started by Brooks Halladay in 2019 to provide business, design, and technical solutions in order to deliver experiences that feel like magic. In today’s overly crowded and competitive market, we’ve discovered that an emphasis on delighting customers from every single interaction and delivering on each promise is the only way to build sustainable relationships that create lasting value.
Brooks brings over 20 years of experience in all aspects of technology, branding, design, business development, project management, e-commerce, media content, product creation, and marketing strategy across over a dozen verticals having worked with firms such as Dreamworks Animation, Fox Sports, IBM, FLIR infrared with the US Air Force and Navy, Deloitte Digital, and Zappos, as well as VC funded startups. He hold a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University, an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (May 2023) with specializations in: Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Strategic Leadership & Management. He’s also earned specialization certificates from Duke (AI Product Management), Wharton Business School (Fintech), Google (Project Management).
